Like: All staff I interacted with were affable and generous. I felt well informed and well taken care of. What I appreciated was understanding why things were taking so long: the staff focussed on the customer care and went into detail when answering questions and helping customers make the right choices. I was happy with the way that Geneva handled my query; I felt like I was the only customer in the room -- unrushed and highly valued. Dislike: I had not anticipated close to 1.5 hours from queue to driving off with the car. If I had known this, I would have built this into my schedule and my 7 year old daughter was tired from flying and very fed up. Moreover it had a knock on-effect on my next appointment to collect a key from the air bnb accommodation contact, so I had a lot of apologising to do.

Like: Pick up.. easy to find location.. staff was helpful.. They didn’t have the car I reserve... was offered a Vauxhall Zafira or a upgrade to MB E Class - I choose the upgrade for a reasonable price- Very comfort car to drive in long road trips. Dislike: Car wasn’t clean inside or outside (I let this issue go as I have a very long drive ahead, the interior was dusty in parts and bird poop is baked by the sun onto car body and windscreen).. the car had a issue with one of its power window—- kept opening itself (so I need to drive back to rental office to have it fixed).. although the car had low mileage about 13,000 miles - the are signs of abuse within the car’s interior

Car was in terrible condition. There were cigarette burns and stains on the seats. You could tell the car was previously in an accident because of all the scrapes, missing paint, and the car panels kept popping out. They also tried making me pay for the car again even though it was prepaid. This was this biggest waste of time. Then I had to call to sort it out and they are located in Europe and it was difficult to communicate with them. Scammers!
